Individual Coaching

Here’s how it works:

  • I offer coaching blocks of 6 sessions or 12 sessions, one hour each, every two to four weeks on Zoom.

  • In our 1st session we set your personal development goals for the sessions ahead. The coaching adapts to your goals and the problems you encounter on the way.

  • At the end of each session we set an assignment. This helps you crystallise the concepts we’ve explored and apply them to your day-to-day work.
